About Chris
I've been where you are.
I spent 20+ years on the other side of coaching - leading design teams, sitting in interviews, watching talented people get passed over not because they weren't good enough, but because they couldn't articulate who they were becoming.
Now I coach designers and tech professionals through the exact transitions I've seen derail good people. Not from a credential - from experience.
